Owning for less than the cost of rent: how it works

What is seller financing? You can buy a home with cash, or RebuildUS can provide seller financing, using a Contract for Deed. This requires a down payment and monthly payments, at less than the cost of renting. If you need to leave, give us notice and we will help. (In that way, it’s even easier than renting.)

What do you need to qualify? A job (proof of income) and reference from your previous landlord, which demonstrate the ability to make the down payment and the monthly payments. We consider offers regardless of credit score, prior foreclosure or bankruptcy.
